Another tidbit from Madelin

"You have two choices, mom!"

"oh, really? What are they"

"You can either give me 3 skittles or 5"

"How 'bout none since you're bein' bossy?"

pause...

"ok, just 3"

This comes from the several times a day that I give her two choices just so she feels like it's her idea and she is a little happier with the end result. Man, she's a lil' fire cracker! The fishin' on the potty pick is for blackmale's sake when she is older! She is my source of happiness, daily! So funny!

That made me laugh. It really did. So funny! It's always so nice to be able to go fishing while on the pot. It's better than reading a magazine by far! Madelin is so awesome!

I love how funny Maddy is...really she's quiet whitty. And how funny that at such a young age she loves to take her time and enjoy the potty. ;)

Selena!

It's Molly Bice. I have thought of you so much off and on over the years since BYU and am glad I found you through google/faceboo/blog stalking technique.

Your family is darling. You look so happy and it looks like life is treating you well. I'm so happy for you.

I live in Park City with my hubby. We had a very tragic accident in our family 8 months ago, which I'm sure you will read about when you go to my blog. Sorry to share it with you on here. My heart is just racing talking about it and seeing your little girl. My only child (at the time..I'm pregnant with my second now) choked on a small piece of apple while we were leaving church and passed away 4 days later. She and Madelin would have been two peas in a pod. Lucy was a firecracker. It's been a very, very difficult year.

Like I said, you can read more on my blog. I'm just happy to be back in touch and would love to see you sometime.

Funny girl! I love her cute little personality. Before Zane was born a friend of ours shared a story about this technique that was also totally classic. It made such an impression on me that I have used it since Zane was a tot.

You are a great mom!!!
